I/we authorize Tax Strategies Group, dba TSG Tax Pros (“TSG”) to initiate payments on the accounts listed above for the purpose of paying fees for services agreed to. Any outstanding fees will be communicated to client before automatic payment is initiated. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify TSG in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. If recurring payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in any signed engagement letters.
Payments processed via credit/debit card will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Bank routing and account numbers are required in addition to payment card info for all services where the amount charged is greater than $500
